Fani Frković, a certified architect, founded AFF STUDIO in 2023 in Zagreb after many years of professional experience in various fields of architecture and urban planning.

Currently, AFF STUDIO primarily focuses on the construction and reconstruction of family houses and the adaptation of apartments in all phases—from concept design through the main project to obtaining building permits, along with detailed projects including the bill of quantities for construction. However, the scope of tasks extends beyond these areas, as all projects present their own challenges, and the only limitations are those we impose on ourselves.

VISION

The focus of Fani Frković Architecture is on the users of the space, with the goal of providing them with an environment where they can feel calm, comfortable, and safe - regardless of whether it is a park, museum, family house, or apartment.

Architecture, as a defining element of space, should primarily embody decency, respect for the existing built environment, and protect the qualities of the unbuilt. Functionality, clarity, and simplicity are key characteristics that distinguish good architecture.

An individual approach, dedication, understanding, and mutual respect, along with a sense of security, should serve as the basis for cooperation in the creation of any project, ensuring that the final result is satisfying for everyone involved in the process.
